To register as a Member with Boat, you need to register first as a Temporary Member without Boat. After one (1) year as a Temporary Member, you get the right to apply to be a Member with Boat and ask for your boat's mooring at NOTK's premises, upon the decision of the Board of Directors of NOTK.
